Epilogue

Epilogue

Norwegians:
The Norwegians took the 07:28 am-train to Dublin (!!!). Not all of us were feeling great...
We spent the day in Dublin, where the men were watching football (Ireland 1-Holland 0) at "O'Shea" and the women were shopping.
Accommodation: somewhere outside of Dublin (in Swords) (The cabdriver had to phone the B&B-lady to find out where he was going... bad sign... But at least it was not far from the airport). The next day we took the plane home, a bit sad the week ended, but with a memory for life.
This was a very nice way to spend the holiday as the far better option than lying on a beach in sunny Mediterranian. This was so much more fulfilling.
Thank you all for the company. Take care. Maybe we'll meet again? Who knows?

Caroline:
Went to the airport in Sligo with Diane, and ended up spending 5 hours there due to fog at Knock airport. She got her neighbour to tape the England-Germany-match and noone reveiled the result by accident. Happy ending, in spite of the delay.

Diane:
Got to the hotel in Galway in one piece. She drove out to Connemara, but she liked the scenery in Donegal much better. She spent 3 days in the area, before turning back to the US.

Martin:
Got to London safely after finally reached the tiny airport of Knock by bus and taxi. He spent 2 days in London before turning back to Switzerland and Bern.

Stephen:
Was going to take the van back to Dublin.
Caroline: did he bring you the special toast from breakfast at Pearse Lodge?
